Our Senior Associate, Development Investment role is responsible
for underwriting prospective acquisition and development
opportunities, due diligence, preparing internal and external
communications (e.g., Offering Memorandums, Investment Committee
Memos), implementing project activities, and developing industry
relationships in one of the listed offices (locations subject to
change) with particular emphasis on a specific product type (exact
type TBD).

New York, Colorado & California Residents: CBRE carefully considers
multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's
education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the
senior associate position is $130,000 and the maximum salary is
$150,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, q ualifications,
and experience.
