Currently we are searching for an Senior Tax Accountant, Direct Tax to fulfill an immediate need. This individual will be responsible for:

Prepare federal, state and local partnership tax returns and corporate subsidiaries
Process quarterly estimated payments and extensions
Interact with other internal departments to gather information, resolve tax-related problems and make recommendations for process improvements
Assist in K-1 distribution process and preparing tax provision schedules
Stay up to date changing federal, state and local tax laws
Ad hoc duties around tax as needed
