Primary Purpose

The Vice President of Movies & Entertainment is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth, success, and developing strategies related to expanding the footprint of Untied Site Services products. This role focuses on strategic development, team leadership, achieving sales goals, targets, and revenue objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the assigned United Site Services footprint products.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to achieve set sales goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of leading the specified product line(s).
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with nationwide sales team members to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at targeted customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers to drive significant business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and suggesting improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are well-informed and equipped to sell.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

        Salary Range

        $190,000.00/Hr. - $360,000.00/Hr. / year

        Pay Transparency Statement

        At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
