Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift - 12.00 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum 18 months of experience needed License: GA or compact license in hand Certifications: Must-Have: Job Description: - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment - Assess and triage patients efficiently, ensuring timely and appropriate care - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports - Demonstrate proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to the ER setting - Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
