Job Description:
A company is looking for a Variable Universal Life Team Leader
to oversee a team responsible for managing VUL Life Insurance
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of VUL Insurance
Specialists
Monitor team performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
while managing workflow and quality assurance
Required Qualifications and Education
5-8 years of experience in life insurance or annuities, with at
least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of VUL Life Insurance products or similar
financial products
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
FINRA Series 6 license required
