Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Success Associate to
support its AI-powered communications tool.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer support and manage on-demand chat
support
Create self-serve materials and maintain the Help Center for
customer inquiries
Triaging customer support requests and managing service disruption
processes
Required Qualifications
1-2 years in a customer service/customer support role
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills
Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software
applications
Experience utilizing a CRM is a plus
