Business DeveloperOur client is a leading Atlanta area
commercial construction general contractor specializing in
delivering high-quality commercial projects over multiple project
sectors. We are committed to providing innovative construction
solutions with a focus on quality, sustainability, and client
satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Business Developer
to help expand our client base and drive growth in the commercial
construction sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
commercial construction market, including office, retail,
industrial, and mixed-use projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers,
architects, property managers, real estate brokers, sub-contractors
and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Develop and implement business development strategies tailored
to the commercial construction sector to increase market share and
revenue.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish revenue goals,
targets, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and
bids for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable projects,
ensuring alignment with company objectives and market
conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking
opportunities to represent the company and promote its
services.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and
regulatory changes in the commercial construction
industry.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction
Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development,
sales, or client relations within the commercial construction
industry.
- Knowledge of the construction process, including bidding, cost
estimation, project management, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of securing projects and building long-term
client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and
