Readiness Lead, Epic Cadence Hybrid Work Schedule in Atlanta, GAFull-time/Permanent Position
Are you looking for your next perm/full-time opportunity with an established healthcare organization based in Atlanta? We are in search of a Readiness Lead to join a growing team. This individual will work closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high-quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
You will also be responsible for:

• Coordination, planning, and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects.
• Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR as provided to assigned clients.
• Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the Super User Lead program.
• Develops Super User Lead competencies.
• Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs.
• Attends meetings of professional, civic and services organizations.
• Administers and ensures compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
• Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.
• Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.
  Position Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR.
  • Epic Certification in Cadence
  • Epic Cheers Experience
  • Referrals & Pre-Cert
  • Application Implementation Experience
