Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Radiologic Technologist (MRI Rad Tech) to perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other radiologic procedures. The MRI Rad Tech will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and producing high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist review.

Key Responsibilities:

---Perform MRI scans and other radiologic procedures following established protocols.

---Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

---Operate and maintain MRI and other radiologic equipment, adjusting scanning parameters as needed to obtain optimal images.

---Monitor patient conditions during scans and respond to any concerns or issues.

---Review and evaluate images for clarity, detail, and diagnostic quality.

---Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic information.

---Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and imaging logs.

---Adhere to all safety protocols, including screening patients for contraindications to MRI and ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications:

---Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certification in MRI.

---Experience in MRI and general radiologic imaging preferred.

---Strong knowledge of MRI and radiologic techniques, safety protocols, and equipment.

---Excellent communication and patient care skills.

---Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
