This is an opportunity with one of the Southeast's most awarded general contractors.They are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager with diverse commercial construction experience to lead multiple jobs within the Savannah area. Client DetailsOur client is an established General Contractor who has made a name for themselves throughout the Southeast construction market since getting their start over 30 years ago. They have several established operations throughout the region, with one of their most active markets being Savannah.Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Manage a team of professionals + multiple projects at once
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.Profile
  • Experience with ground up construction of various commercial construction projects
  • Successful history of leading multiple projects at one time
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant software including ProcoreJob OfferStrong compensation package including:
    • Base Salary of $120k-$135k
